Junior Sharks will be a separate collection with 6,969 supply.

  • 50% of this supply will be generated by breeding 2 Alpha Sharks.

  • While the other 50% will be available for public mint.

Junior Sharks will come with a range of benefits and allow the Alpha Shark family to expand further.

How does the breeding work?

  • Breeding 2 Alpha Sharks will generate a Junior Shark.

  • Each Alpha Shark can only breed once.

  • The breeding status of each shark will be saved as a trait and will also be publicly accessible via AlphaSharks.io.

  • The rarity of generated Junior Shark will be inverse of its parents. Breeding 2 non-rare sharks will generate a rare Junior Shark.

What are the benefits of Junior Sharks?

  • Junior sharks holders will get limited access to Shark Tools.

  • Junior Sharks will get full access to the Alpha Shark Chrome extension.

  • Staking Junior Sharks along with Alpha Shark, will act as S1 Token generation boost. The power of this boost will vary based on the rarity of the Junior Shark.

  • Junior sharks cannot generate Shark Tokens by themselves.

  • Junior Sharks can bid on whitelists by buying Shark Tokens.

  • Junior Sharks will not be able to win more than 30% of the whitelist spots.
