Follow is how we plan to improve the community as a whole while also giving more utility to our holders than any existing project. I have tried to break down everything to make it easily understandable. If there is any confusion about anything, just directly hit me up on discord.
Phase 1
Timeline January' 2022 - April' 2022
Primary Milestones Primary goal of this phase is to prove the team's capabilities initially by delivering an exceptionally useful product. Followed by delivering additional industry leading trading tools and establishing the stage for the future tokenomics.
Goal 1 - Proving team's capabilities
I had written this white-paper during 2nd Week of January, 2022. With intention to come out with the project and then build upon Shark Tools over the next month as our first venture.
Having no public history in the community, We took it as our responsibility to first prove our capabilities on our funding and bootstrap the Industry-leading Alpha Tools in the next 30 days.
While tools in the current market took months and even years to evolve. Taking on such a complex project to outdo them and making it happen in under 30 days was an extreme challenge.
After over a month of sleepless nights and a lot of caffeine, here we are presenting Shark Tools. Our first deliverable :) Learn more
This is only the initial version of Shark Tools, more features will be added as request by holders. In Phase 1 of the project, we'll dedicate ourselves to enhancing on Shark Tools and delivering Shark Extension.
Goal 2 - Alpha Sharks NFT Mint & Launch Shark Tokens

Supply Total Supply of Alpha Sharks is 6,969. Out of this, 5,969 will be mint-able; the rest will be held for Phase 3 Auction. Learn more
Benefits The most significant and instant benefit to all holders is the Shark Tools and soon-to-release Shark extension.All Sharks generate Shark Tokens; we'll create the market need for Shark Token with a freemium model for Shark Tools and other products. Junior Sharks Breeding 2 Alpha Sharks generates a Junior Shark, which comes with a lot of benefits for both Alpha Shark holders as well as everyone else; act as +100% Shark Token boost for Alpha Sharks, unlimited access to Shark Extension & access to bidding on partnered whitelists and much more. Renewals This is a small renewal fee to cover up maintenance and infrastructure costs of Shark Tools and others to follow. Minted Alpha Sharks don't have to be renewed until 12 months later. Learn more
Shark Token This is the utility token generated by holding Alpha Sharks. Since Shark token is the only accepted token to buy a premium subscription on Industry-leading Shark tools, thus makes it is highly valuable. Along with this, Shark token can also be used to Bid on partnered project whitelists. There are also ways to boost Shark Token generation; you can learn more about it here.
Pre-mint
Alpha Group Founders, Influencers & early community members will get access to Shark tools before the mint date to share their honest opinion of it.
We’ll hold daily Whitelist Giveaways & ETH Rewards/Whitelist Giveaways for creative submissions.
I’ll be attending as many AMAs as possible. Feel free to join and ask me anything about the project and our plans forward.
Post-mint
Shark Tools will be accessible for all holders within a few hours of the mint.
Our priority after the mint is to increase our technical and creative bandwidth. We’ll be recruiting skilled engineers and data scientists to help expand the functionality of shark tools at blazing speeds. Scouting talent is time-consuming, but banking on our previous experience being well connected with the community, we will get the best talents onboard within days.
At this time, our core dev team will work on queued chrome extension and community-voted features.
Just like the Shark tools, we will deliver the Industry leading chrome extension for trading NFTs for all holders within 30 days while also expanding the functionality of Shark Tools. Learn More
We will release weekly updates written by Garv to keep everyone updated on the developments.
In parallel, We’ll start reaching out to solid projects for collaborations. Until we introduce SharkToken, all whitelists will be handed out with equal chances amongst all holders.
Post Reveal
Every shark will generate a different amount of Shark tokens based on its Rarity.
Ranks will be freely accessible on ranks.alphasharks.io after the reveal.
The amount of token generation for each shark can be seen directly under properties on OpenSea as well.
All whitelists from this point forward will be hosted directly on AlphaSharks.io.
Holding an Alpha Shark will allow you to bid on any available whitelist. Bidding more won’t guarantee an entry. It will only increase one’s probability.
Whitelist Raffle will be run on a polygon smart contract once the bidding time is over.
If a bid is lost, tokens are reclaimable and can be used for bidding on any other whitelist.
If a bid is won, 80% of tokens are burned, 20% will be moved to the project’s wallet (these tokens will only be used for giveaways and rewards for the community)
Phase 2
Timeline May' 2022 - August' 2022
Primary Milestones After the first phase, with more talent on board with us, we’ll have more bandwidth to take on additional tasks while being able to deliver at blazing speeds.
This is when we will start hosting weekly NFT/Investing discussions and try our best to bring on community-voted figures. In the second phase, Alpha Sharks will be working towards four major milestones; SaferMint.io, Freemium Shark tools and extension, discord bots, content production & Marketing.

1. SaferMint.io
An open-source chrome extension that will solve NFT Rugs, Fake Projects & Fake Mint Sites, which people constantly fall for. Learn more
2. Freemium Shark Tools & Extension
The idea is to have every single NFT trader in the influence of the Alpha Shark community. Free tools will have just enough features, so it’s a step ahead of any other free tool in the market. These free tools will be integrated with respectful advertisements. (This will allow for targeted advert spots, which can be used as a promotional channel for future partnered projects.)
This will be an essential step to move towards further market penetration and the utility/value of shark tokens. Free tools will be accessible for free; premium features will be purchasable by non-holders using shark tokens. Read More
This will help kickstart the market need and value for shark tokens outside of Whitelist Bidding, thus creating another valuable stream of $ for holders. Any successful transaction by the free member towards premium features will burn 50% of the tokens upon successful transaction; 50% of the token will be sent to the project wallet.
This system will give non-holders a glimpse of Premium Shark Tools, hence also increasing the worth of Alpha Sharks (NFT) in the secondary market.
3. Discord Bots
We’ll release exclusive discord bots for partnered projects. These bots will be white-labeled and have tons of functionality such as Rank Checking, Live Sales, Whale Activity, trending ranks, holder ranks, etc.
With having additional value to offer to partners, it will also help us collaborate with more projects and hence acquire more whitelists for our users.
This will also act as a great marketing medium for Alpha Sharks.
4. Content Production & Marketing
As the above projects are being worked on, we’ll also start our content production & marketing strategy, which involves creating our own content to distribute our work and collaborate with other creators to better the community.
Our focus will be to build up organic traffic streams for Alpha Sharks. However, it might seem unnecessary to fund SEO and Youtube Reach Campaigns for such a project. We have concluded this to be a step of significance.
With over four years of experience doing SEO & Youtube, we have promoted several market-leading SaaS applications used by hundreds of thousands of people every day.
Organic Traffic streams such as from Google & Youtube allow for a continuous stream of users being introduced to Alpha Sharks every day.
Google SEO Strategy
In this phase, we’ll start optimising technical SEO for freemium shark tools.
We’ll introduce a blog with informational articles about NFTs and crypto. In parallel, also start working on our outreach strategy to acquire backlinks.
Along with informational articles, we’ll also be targeting to rank for trending projects.
With better technical SEO and continually stacking backlinks for Shark tools, it will start ranking for contract addresses and non-trending project names. This traffic will not be significant but will be an autonomous traffic source for shark tools that is expected to accumulate over 100k visitors a month.
YouTube Strategy
With an in-house production team, we have worked with dozens of youtube channels and also run our own in the with over 300k subs. With this experience, building traffic on YouTube will be quick.
We’ll use this experience to reach more and more people on youtube with curated daily value content, thus adding another promotion channel for Alpha Sharks NFT.
We will funnel all of this traffic to Free Alpha Shark tools & chrome extension, ensuring a continual growth of audience using our tools and giving a bigger footprint into the NFT tools space.
Our estimates are to reach over 50,000 NFT collectors and investors everyday via these sources.
This will make Sharks Tokens increasingly more valuable over time since all transactions towards premium will only be made using the same.
5. Acquiring more Whitelist Opportunities
Acquiring the best Whitelist Opportunities after having such a large footprint with market-leading NFT Tools, open-source contributions, targeted advert spots, exclusive bots, and youtube reach. We’ll be able to bring on more whitelist opportunities for our holders than anyone.
Phase 3
Timeline August' 2022 - December' 2022
Primary Milestones With Phase 2 completed, we will already be an established ecosystem in the NFT space and will be all set to take on more complex projects. In this phase, we'll work on two projects. NFTFeed.ai and NonFungibleMerch.io.
Project priorities beyond Phase 2 may change depending upon market trends and suggestions made by our holders.
This phase will start with the introduction of Sharks Junior.
1. Junior Sharks
Junior Sharks will be a separate collection with 6,969 supply.
50% of this supply will be generated by breeding 2 Alpha Sharks.
50% will be available for public mint.
Junior Sharks will come with a range of benefits and allow for the Alpha Shark family to expand further. Learn more
2. Legendary Sharks Dutch Auction
1,000 x 1:1 custom-designed sharks will be available for a dutch auction. Only Alpha Shark holders will be allowed to take part in the auction.
Legendary sharks will have several additional perks, which will be announced as we reach Phase 3 of the project.
3. NFTFeed.ai
NFTFeed is an Analytics platform for everything NFT/Crypto with a built-in social network. You can share your NFTs, join alpha groups, create boards to discuss projects among other alpha groups, and much more.
Content creators can create premium groups and accept payments in any token with a small platform fee.
The core of NFTFeed.ai runs on a semantic analysis engine along with a constantly adapting algorithm to help users follow the smart money and predict market trends.
All AlphaSharks holders will get access to NFTFeed.ai and be rewarded with commissions generated from the platform.
4. NonFungibleMerch.io
This is so far only a concept unlike all other deliverables above.
This venture will be one of our significant advances towards building a Web3 Brand. It will be a marketplace to mint non-fungible merchandise. The idea is to store a transferable token on a blockchain, much like ERC721, which correlates to real-life merchandise. Learn more
30% of all revenue generated via any of the above ventures will be raffled back to AlphaShark holders.
Beyond Phase 3
